An invaluable asset to the UMass Lowell experience is the faculty who conduct exciting research, and inspire and motivate students to discover a love of learning. The University is fortunate to have senior faculty members who bring a wealth of experience to the classroom, and newer faculty who bring fresh ideas and new ways of thinking to their students.
Your help in creating chairs and professorships, as well as funding research support, will enable the University to reward talented teachers and researchers, and attract top faculty.
Read about two green plastics professorships created by Mark Saab '81 and Jim Dandeneau '80, and the first professorship in the arts, made possible by the Richard K. and Nancy L. Donahue Charitable Foundation of Lowell.
