UMass Lowell students are bright, hard working and motivated. And most need
significant help in paying for their education. In an average year, 73 percent of
our students receive some form of financial aid, and the need is growing. Some
take time off from school to earn tuition money. Others work many hours while
trying to also juggle school and family responsibilities. Many take on overwhelming
debt. Some, unfortunately, must give up their dream of a college education.
Your gifts fund scholarships that will enable more students to take advantage
of all the learning opportunities UMass Lowell offers, without the distractions of
financial stress. UMass Lowell graduates will manage your business, teach your children, provide your health care and design the world of our future.
